Image: Playground Games/Xbox Game Studios via PolygonShirakawa-go is one of the landmarks you can visit in Forza Horizon 6 if you would like to enjoy tourist sights in Japan. Checking the place out can be worthwhile as you can complete the Series 5 autumn #RuralLotus photo challenge while you explore. Just don't forget you must be driving a specific car to do so.
If you want to go to this landmark and have the perfect countryside experience in Japan, here's where to find Shirakawa-go in Forza Horizon 6.
Where to find Shirakawa-go in Forza Horizon 6
Shirakawa-go is a countryside village in the northern part of the Minamino region. If you're having trouble locating the area, look for the Ruriko-ji Temple, which is in the same region, then head southeast to find the village. Although there's a "Shirakawa-go" sign on the map, you will find it to the east of it, crossing the river.

However, if you're still early in the game, the best approach is to teleport to the Shirakawa Circuit or the Hokubu and Minamino Day Trip headquarters.
By visiting the village, you can complete the #RuralLotus photo challenge, which is part of the "British Automotive" autumn playlist. You will need to drive a Lotus car and take a picture of it inside the village to complete the challenge and earn two seasonal points as well as the "Sea Thieves Theme" legendary car horn. You won't be able to conclude the challenge if you take photos on the off-road part to the west of the village, so be sure to position your car anywhere in the main area of Shirakawa-go.
Since you will already be visiting the region, you might want to take the time to look for the hidden barn in the Minamino area. You can find it west of the Shirakawa-go village, and by opening it you will unlock the Nissan Pao.
