Wish You’d Been Here: The 2026 Goodwood Revival
By now, you may know about the Goodwood Revival. The annual U.K. event is a three-day weekend of vintage racing, but that only begins to describe it. The venue was an active race circuit from 1947 until 1966, and when it was recommissioned, it was not modernized, so it appears frozen in time. The workers, racers, and the tens of thousands of attendees dress in period attire, furthering the vibe. Besides the racing, there’s a display of vintage aircraft, a sea of shops offering vintage wares and car-themed stuff, a carnival of old-timey amusement park rides, period-correct entertainment, and a vast parking lot exclusively for vintage cars that alone is far better than most classic-car shows.
It’s a lot. What follows is just a taste.
2026 Goodwood Revival
The Lavant Cup was a race for 1950s Ferrari and Maserati sports cars.
The drivers at Goodwood really go for it.
